Terms of Use

Review the rules, token-use limitations, disclaimers, and account responsibilities that apply on Whistle Sports.

Effective May 4, 2026. By accessing or using Whistle Sports, you agree to these Terms of Use and the platform's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Whistle Sports is a sports entertainment and analysis platform built around virtual-token play, public performance tracking, live odds views, published picks, and historical trend research. It is not an online sportsbook, casino, brokerage, or provider of real-money wagering services on-platform.

Eligibility and Account Security

  • You may use Whistle Sports only if you can form a binding agreement and are legally permitted to use sports-related entertainment services where you live.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including keeping login credentials, linked sign-in methods, and account recovery details secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information for your account and to keep profile information reasonably current.

Tokens, Purchases, and No Cash Value

  • Tokens are virtual entertainment credits used to place simulated picks, track outcomes, and participate in platform features.
  • Tokens are not money, are not redeemable for cash, do not represent stored monetary value, and do not create a bank, custodial, or wagering account.
  • Token purchases, promotional credits, rewards, or balances do not guarantee winnings, returns, or future platform availability.
  • Whistle Sports may award, deduct, correct, or adjust token balances to reflect settlements, promotions, fraud review, abuse prevention, or operational errors, subject to applicable law.

Content and Data Accuracy

  • Odds, lines, schedules, scores, injury references, trend outputs, and other market information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.
  • Contributor picks, blog content, trend research, and other analysis are provided for information and entertainment only and are not financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
  • You are responsible for independently evaluating any information before relying on it on this or any third-party service.

Responsible Use

  • You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, deceptive conduct, or abuse of other users.
  • You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the service, security measures, APIs, settlement logic, or other technical controls except as allowed by law.
  • You may not manipulate leaderboard results, public statistics, referral or reward systems, or any token-based competition through automation, collusion, or fraudulent conduct.

Public Features and User Materials

  • Certain profile details, picks, performance history, leaderboard positions, and other activity may be shown publicly as part of the service.
  • If you submit feedback, messages, or other materials to Whistle Sports, you grant us a non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the platform.
  • You remain responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe another party's rights or violate applicable law.

Third-Party Services

  • Whistle Sports may rely on third-party providers for authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, communications, odds and data feeds, and other infrastructure.
  • Those providers may impose separate terms or privacy notices, and Whistle Sports is not responsible for products, content, or services that are not under its control.

Availability, Suspension, and Changes

  • We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features, sports coverage, token packages, data sources, or other parts of the platform at any time.
  • We may monitor use, investigate conduct, remove content, or suspend or terminate access where necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, or address legal, fraud, or security concerns.
  • We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use after the update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whistle Sports is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Whistle Sports does not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful token settlement timing, error-free data, or performance by third-party providers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whistle Sports will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or reliance on its content.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
